Wishing you all blessings on your 80th birthday! On Good Friday of 2006, my daughters and I attending WCC for the first time – and we’ve been going there ever since. This year, the Lord nudged me to join the choir which I so enjoy. During the 1st service, after the choir dismissed from the sanctuary, I’ve started the Mini Bible College class which is wonderful. Thank you so much for your wonderful dedication to the Lord’s work! Through you, God has certainly done amazing things with the MBC and ICM.

Hello;
I have been inspired by the work of Pastor Woodward for many years. I used to listen to him a long time ago, late at night on radio Bonaire. I have also made use of the mini-bible college materials on that website. I believe that God has indeed spoken through Pastor Woodward to me many times as I have been enlightened by his teachings.
I even had the pleasure of receiving an e-mail from him once a few years ago, but i understood and accepted that he would not be able to carry on an email conversation, because of how much God has “pruned” him.
Recently, by the grace of God, i started a Bible-study blog page and a few weeks ago i discovered that Pastor Woodward had a blog too, which brings me to the point of this (long-winded) communication. As i am sure you’ve noticed, i have been reposting some of his blogs. I take care to give full accreditation and try to minimize the the degree of “adaptation”. I hope and trust this is acceptable to Pastor Woodward and whomever is tending his blog. However, if this arrangement is unsatisfactory, i will desist immediately upon request/notification.
Please continue your good work and if possible please say hello to Pastor Woodward for me. His life is still bearing fruit.

I want to share this with you. I was sexually abused as a child and was a very confused teen who discovered that drugs and alcohol could mask my pain. Not a typical addict in the sense that when “dry”,I would fall into very deep depression that would last for months, where I would not be able to get out of bed. My bed faced a closet which had a curtain rod. It was there that I wanted my mother to find me with a rope around my neck, dead. I had so much hatred towards her. I blamed her for much of my problems, felt cheated of not having had a nurturing or safe childhood. The reason that I am living today is largely due to you and WBMJ 1190 San Juan P.R. where I would listen to MBC. My mom lives near me in York PA and I love her. You taught me that God is Sovereign even, in the familial dynamics in which we enter this world, for a purpose. I can minister Christ love to the alcoholic and the drug addict and with those who have been victims of sexual abuse and to those who struggle with self mutilation and self hatred because I learned 4 spiritual secrets from a sweet brown eyed Pastor who kept me alive just one more day. Your voice and teachings are forever etched in my heart and wish we can one day meet. God bless you!
